1. Take Exit 8 Palmer
2. Turn right at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp
3. Continue straight through the following light
4. Turn right onto Main St. (Route 20w)
5. Continue on Rt. 20w to the intersection of Routes 20w and 181 north
6. Bear right onto Route 181
7. Stay on Rt. 181 to the next traffic light (the Palmer Police Department will be on your right and a church on your left)
8. Turn left and travel 7/10 mile
9. Amvets parking lot will be on your right
10. There is a sign in front

Note: It is about 4 miles from the Mass Pike exit to the parking lot

From Interstate 91, traveling north or south:

Take exit 14 onto the Mass Pike (I90) near W. Springfield and follow the directions in red above.

From Interstate 84, north:

Exit onto the Mass Pike (I90 west) at exit 9, Sturbridge, MA and follow the directions in red above.

For the scenic route from I84 north:

1. Get off at exit 70, Stafford Springs, CT
2. Follow Route 32 north
3. You will cross the state line after about 10 miles
4. Drive through the center of Monson on Rt. 32 and continue on
5. In Palmer, continue onto Main St. at the intesection where Rt. 32 turns right.
6. You will meet Route 20 at the traffic light in the center of Palmer
7. Follow directions #5 - 10 above
